Erika helped a California-based li-ion startup to operationalize a battery manufacturing environment and manage cross-functional teams including joint venture operations with BorgWarner. Erika co-developed UL testing and industry standards through design of experiments while achieving ISO9001 certification. Co-inventions include cell test experiments, cylindrical battery module designs, and cost effective prototype to production projects in response to Tier 1 RFQs. Her methods are utilized today in the electrification effort of the automotive industry.
Erika guaranteed compliance to the NASA contract by co-creating a process to implement supplier diversity requirements into Warp Drive (ERP) for the Dragon capsule.
